Our 10 Day/13 Night- Fitness Retreat is held in and around St. Pete Beach and nearby St. Petersburg on the West Coast of Florida. You will be challenged during 10 days of various workouts in a variety of outdoor and indoor settings during your 10-Day, 13-Night stay.


We understand everyone is at a different fitness and nutrition level. Our 10-Day fitness vacation is suited for anyone, whether you’re already in shape and looking for an active vacation to be pushed to improve, or you’re trying to get back on track and want help developing a routine for a healthier lifestyle, our fitness vacations are designed to accommodate your goals.


Services included during your 2 Week stay: 

  • 5.5 Hours of Physical Activity Each Day
  • 3 Hour Eco Tour Boat Ride
  • 3-1 Hour Yoga Sessions each week.
  • 1 Hour Basic Nutrition Class each week
  • 1-1.5 Hour Grocery Store Tour
  • 1 Hour Deep Tissue Massage each week
  • 1 Hour Detox Class each week
  • 3-45 Minute Movement Foundations Classes
  •  1 Hour Assessment including Postural Analysis, Body Fat Composition, Weight, Anthropometrics and Movement Assessment
  • Private Assessment with a Hormone Replacement Doctor to discuss testing and possible treatment plans.
  • Private Assessment with a Psychologist that specializes in eating disorders.

Our staff of Doctors, fitness experts and nutrition professionals will share their knowledge and experience through a series of mini seminars, outdoor adventures and healthy meals while encouraging you to exceed your health and fitness goals.

Here is what you can expect during your stay:

  • 7:30 a.m. Pick up from Condo
  • 7:45 a.m. Arrive at Main Training Facility
    • Green Smoothie and Protein Bar
  • 8:00 a.m. Movement Foundations Education
  • 8:45 a.m. Practice on Turf
  • 9:30 a.m. Beach excursion for running, HIIT training and stretch.
  • 11:30 a.m. Arrive back at training facility for lunch
  • 12:15 p.m. Detox Education
  • 2:00 p.m. Yoga Class
  • 3:30 p.m. Arrive back at Condo


Our 14-Day Retreat is structured similarly to the 7-Day Retreat but also includes

  • Advanced level exercises.
  • Higher Intensity exercises, Increased volume and decreased rest time.
  • Advanced movement foundation education.
  • Increased one on one training time.


One of our main beliefs at Gulf Coast Fitcation is staying consistent with your training if you want to achieve your goals. Inconsistent training and poor nutritional choices are the two biggest areas where people fail. We want you to continue learning and growing after you leave our program so we provide several weeks of workouts for you to take home. We also offer, for an additional charge, continued online support from one of our Trainers who can provide professional guidance and accountability.
